It provides universities with industry insights to align talent cultivation with market demands. Results indicate that this strategy enhances talent quality and social adaptability, promoting industry-education integration.The study's significance lies in its theoretical contributions and practical implications. It offers new perspectives for educational research and valuable references for improving educational practices.
