Abstract

Spring Boot offers a wealth of tools for securing web applications. This article takes a detailed look at Spring Boot's built-in security and authentication mechanisms and how they can be used to secure REST APIs. Particular attention is paid to aspects such as data encryption, CSRF protection and context security.
