Evaluation and verification of energy recovery for piezoelectric vibration

Abstract

The technology of energy recovery is mature for piezoelectric vibration, but there is a lack of a method to achieve an optimum effect while matching piezoelectric size and material. In this paper, research on mechanical structure and piezoelectric equivalent circuit to established model, which could evaluate the effect of energy recovery for piezoelectric. The influence of piezoelectric structure on energy conversion was reflect by the model. The optimal recovery efficiency scheme was determined and finally verified by the vibration test platform, which proved that the model estimated accurately and provide guidance for the design of the piezoelectric vibrator.
