Examination of Mechanical Faults of Asynchronous Motors in Transient Operating Conditions

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to investigate the transient operating state of asynchronous motors using the electrical signal analysis method. In addition to steady-state measurements, getting to know the starting conditions of rotating machines plays a prominent role in signal processing. The drop and pick-up of the load that occurs during the operation of the machines causes jump-like torque shocks, which in an electromechanical system causes many low-frequency oscillations. The aim of the thesis is to examine these transient signals and their effect on the life cycle of the machine: In addition to analyzing the scientific publications, to learn and present the error signals that occur with your own results.
