Research of Electricity Quality of Wind Generator Plant

Abstract

The results of simulation of the quality of electricity produced by a wind generator for use in the marine power system under conditions of instability of the output parameters of the generator, which directly depend on the wind speed, are considered. The model was built in a simplified form for visual demonstration. It was concluded that in order to be able to use the electricity produced by the wind generator, it must be converted, and the obtained "dirty" sinusoidal voltage must be reduced to a voltage that corresponds to the ship's power supply system.
