The International Conference on Wireless, Optical Communication and Information Engineering (WOCIE 2025) will be held during July 18-20, 2025 in Sydney, Australia. WOICE 2025 is a leading annual conference of Wireless, Optical Communication and Information Engineering for all researchers home and abroad. The main objective is to create an effective platform for researchers, and technical experts to share recent ideas, innovations, and problem-solving techniques in the vast areas of Wireless, Optical Communication and Information Engineering. Another goal is to promote the transformation of fundamental research into institutional and industrialized research and to convert applied exploration into real time application. It will be an excellent opportunity for both researchers and industrial communities to meet, discuss, and share their research outcomes. Prospective authors are invited to submit their original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publications in the conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

  • A pre submission self-check is helpful to save time and efforts of authors and reviewers in review process, to some extent it will also help improve quality of submissions. We therefore suggest authors conduct careful self-check before submitting a paper to the conference.

    Here are tips of self-check as below:

  • Please make sure that the paper is of interest to the conference.

  • Please check the spelling and formal style to avoid misspellings or syntactical errors.

  • Please make sure that English language of the paper should be of sufficient quality to be understood.

  • Please ensure that the layout conforms with the abstract / paper template of the conference.

  • Please make sure all individuals who have contributed substantially to the work have been listed as authors.

  • Please ensure the version of the manuscript to be submitted has been agreed by all authors.
