INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL WORKSHOP "Advanced Digital Technologies: Intelligent Systems, Modeling, and Data-Driven Control" (ADT-ISMDDC) co-located with ICST-2026 XIV INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "Information Control Systems and Technologies".

The ICST Conference is hosted by the Odessa National Polytechnic University (Ukraine). ICST-2026 aims to bring together researchers, engineers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in all major areas and interdisciplinary areas of Information Systems, Artificial  Intelligence, Software Engineering and Information Technology Applications.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. 

Papers in English of 10–15 pages as LibreOffice files in a one-column CEUR format: https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEUR-Template-1col.odt. Formatting rules guideline: https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEUR-Template-1col.pdf . All authors in the paper should give meaningful affiliations, and an ORCID should be provided in the paper. At least one of the authors should have a PhD /Dr.Sc. in Computer Science and more than 4 papers indexed in DBLP (https://dblp.org/). The paper should have no more than 4 authors.

Papers should be submitted in Easy Chair system https://easychair.org/cfp/icst2026. 

For each paper, the submitting author should print, fill in, manually sign, and scan the Author Agreement as a JPG file.
