About ICESS2025

ICESS2025 (The 10th International Conference on Electronics and Software Science) is an international academic conference that aims to bring together diverse and significant research streams in the fields of electronics, software science, and related interdisciplinary areas.It provides a forum for researchers, engineers, and educators to present their latest findings, exchange ideas, and discuss future developments in both theoretical and practical aspects of these fields.

The conference will be held online on December 26–27, 2025, and is organized as a Technical Meeting within a Workshop of the Electronics, Information and Systems Society (EISS) of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ).

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and must not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Submission Procedure

1. Review Paper Submission

   • Submit a 2–4 page paper (minimum 2 pages accepted) prepared in the specified format through EasyChair by November 4, 2025.

   • The paper should clearly describe the novelty of the work in comparison with previously published studies.

2. Notification of Acceptance

   • Authors will receive the review results via EasyChair on November 19, 2025.

3. Camera-Ready Submission

   • Revise your paper according to any reviewer comments and upload the final version (maximum 6 pages) to the designated IEEJ submission site by December 4, 2025.

4. Registration

   • Complete registration according to IEEJ’s instructions by the deadline listed on the ICESS2025 website (important dates).

   • At least one author (the presenter) must register for participation.

   • Registration Fees (JPY):

     • IEEJ Member (General, Student): Free

     • Non-Member (General): 4,000

     • Non-Member (Student): 2,000

Publication

Proceedings of ICESS2025 will be published by the IEEJ as Technical Meeting Papers of the IEEJ (Society C — Workshop on Perception Information).The copyright of all papers published in the Proceedings will be held by the IEEJ.The proceedings will be available for purchase from the IEEJ Electronic Library (BookPark) about three days before the first day of the conference.

A special issue of the IEEJ Transactions C (Electronics, Information and Systems) is also planned for December 2026, including selected and extended papers presented at ICESS2025.
