In recent years, information and communication technology has developed at an unprecedented pace. These developments have dramatically altered how consumers interact with various financial and non-financial services. Technological innovation has provided consumers with the highest level of comfort, speed, accuracy, access, and efficiency while performing various activities, indicating that we are in the early stages of the digital revolution. This revolution is transforming the global economic and financial system globally. The changes are inevitable and challenges arise in balancing technological advancement with natural resources. The goal of creating a sustainable society is equally important in the fast pace of world’s economic transformation. Thus, Indonesia Banking School aim to address this crucial issues in an academic discourse in a form of international conference and national conference. 

The First International Conference on Banking & Finance National Conference on Banking & Finance 2023 aims to explore the theme of "Digital Financial Services Revolution - Challenges and Inclusive Opportunities toward Sustainable Society."

The conference accepts abstracts and papers in the following general and specific areas : 

• General areas: Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics.
• Specific areas: Digital Currency, Artificial Intelligence, Financial Technology, Digital Banking, Cryptocurrency, Metaverse for Finance, Digital Payment, Big Data and Data Science in the Financial Industry, Behavioral Finance, Accounting and Finance, Transition Finance, E-commerce, Entrepreneurship,  Climate Governance, Green investment, Islamic Economics, Islamic Finance, Economic and Islamic Banking, Sharia Management, Business and Accounting, Halal Tourism, Development of Halal Industry, Management zakah, and waqf, Roles of Islamic Finance in the Digital Economy Era.

All accepted papers will be have a chance to be selected as best paper and best presenter award

Submission Guidelines

ICBF 2023 receives abstract and (or) full paper.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. We encourage submissions that cover a wide range of topics including but not limited to techniques, applications, and challenges in digital finance.

ICBF & NCBF 2023 accept abstracts to be published in the conference proceeding IBS Press with an electronic format which will have an ISBN/ISSN number. 

This conference also provides opportunities for participants that submit full papers and pass the review stage to be published in collaborating journals indexed by DOAJ, SINTA and Scopus. The list of collaborating journals will be updated in the website.
