Submission Guidelines

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

The ICADMSES 2026 is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity in all its proceedings. We aim to ensure that all published materials are accurate, original, and adhere to ethical guidelines. The following statement outlines our policies on publication ethics and measures to address malpractice.

1. Originality and Plagiarism: Authors must submit original work and appropriately cite or reference the work of others. Plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, is unacceptable and will result in rejection or retraction of the submission.
2. Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the work and agree to its submission. Individuals who did not contribute substantially should not be listed as authors.
3. Data Integrity: Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data presented. Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data is considered serious misconduct.
4. Submit papers in English via the online submission portal only.
5. Ensure plagiarism similarity index is below 15%.
6. Multiple Submissions: Submitting the same manuscript to more than one conference or publication simultaneously is prohibited.
7. At least one author must register and present accepted papers.
8. Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation.
