The Western Conference on Linguistics (WECOL) is an international conference on any aspect of theoretical and descriptive linguistics. WECOL 2023 is hosted by California State University, Fresno, and will be held virtually November 11 and 12, 2023. Presentations are publsihed in the WECOL Proceedings online at https://wecol.weebly.com/proceedings.html
Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be original and not previously published.
Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks (with 10 minutes for discussion) on any aspect of theoretical or descriptive linguistics.
- Abstracts must be limited to 500 words, excluding references. The format of the abstract should follow the guidelines below:
- Title centered at top of page, in bold
- Word count at the end of the abstract
- Anonymous: authors’ names and affiliations should not be indicated anywhere in the abstract
- File name: title.pdf
Abstract can be submitted until 1st September 2023 23:59 PST at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wecol2023
