System design and software development have increasingly influenced human lives, and with the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) incorporating human values and ethical responsibility into system design and conceptual modeling becomes critical. This workshop provides an interactive platform to explore value-based and ethical perspectives on conceptual modeling and requirements engineering.

Submissions can be up to 10 pages long, including the list of references. Short articles with a maximum of 5 pages are also possible. All contributions will be reviewed by 3 members of the program committee.

- Conceptual integration of values and ethics into modeling
- Presentation of frameworks and/or method collections for value modeling
- Evaluation results for the application of value-oriented methods
