We are pleased to announce the call for papers for the StudMath-IT Students Conference 2023, organized by the "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad, Faculty of Exact Sciences. This conference provides an exceptional opportunity for students enrolled in BSc, MSc, or PhD programs, as well as high school students, to showcase their research and contribute to the fields of Mathematics and Computer Science.
The conference is designed to foster intellectual growth, encourage academic collaboration, and promote the exchange of innovative ideas among students. It aims to create an inclusive environment where participants can network with their peers, learn from leading experts, and gain valuable insights into the latest advancements in Mathematics and Computer Sciences.
The official language of the conference is English.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Extended Abstract Submission: Participants are required to submit an Extended Abstract of their research paper. The Extended Abstract should provide an overview of the paper, including the structure and main chapters, and summarize the key findings or contributions. The Extended Abstract should be a minimum of one page and no longer than two pages. Authors must submit their Extended Abstract electronically through the conference management system. Submitted Extended Abstracts will undergo a thorough review process by a panel of experts in the fields of Mathematics and Computer Science. The evaluation will consider the originality of the research, significance of the findings, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference themes. Accepted Extended Abstracts will be published in the Extended Abstract Volume of the conference .
- Final Paper Submission: After the conference, authors of best accepted Extended Abstracts will be invited to submit their full research papers for publication in the Proceedings Volume of the conference. Detailed instructions regarding the format and submission process for the final papers will be provided to the authors. The submitted Final Paper will be subject to an anti-plagiarism screening process and to a reviewing process.If the manuscript will be accepted it will be published in the post conference volume with ISSN.

- Mathematics: This section encompasses various branches of mathematics, including but not limited to pure mathematics, applied mathematics, mathematical modeling, statistics, and computational mathematics.
- Computer Science: This section covers a wide range of topics in computer science, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, computer vision, algorithms, cryptography, information security, IoT, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, e-Business and software development.

Publication
StudMath-IT 2023 proceedings will be published by Aurel Vlaicu University Press.

This approach ensures that students from different parts of the world can actively participate in the event regardless of geographical constraints. Online presentations and discussions will be facilitated through advanced digital platforms, while on-site attendees can benefit from engaging in-person interactions and networking opportunities.
