Submission Guidelines
We are now inviting submissions of papers and posters that present academic research and industry case studies, in order to showcase simulation and modelling excellence. Contributions to the technical programme are welcome in three main areas:
- Simulation Modelling Methodology
- Simulations Analysis Methodology
- Simulation in Practice
Papers in any area of simulation modelling and analysis will also be considered.
If your title and abstract change after submission, please log back in to amend and re-save, remembering to note any deadline dates.
Submission implies that an author will register and pay to attend the conference to present the paper or poster. All clearance required for the publication of the paper will be obtained by 10 February 2023.
Submission Deadlines
The deadline to submit your CFP is November 25th 2022.
Please submit electronically papers not previously published or presented. Each submission must be a four- to ten-page paper (ten-15 pages for the beginner/advanced tutorial stream), including an abstract of less than 150 words. All submissions will be peer reviewed and submission also implies that an author will pay to attend the workshop to present the paper. All clearance required for publication of the paper will be obtained by 10 February 2023.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be presented at the conference subject to receipt of payment to attend. Presentations for contributed papers will be given 30 minutes including time for questions and answers. Presentations for beginner/advanced tutorials will be given 90 minutes including time for questions and answers. If you are interested in presenting a tutorial, please contact Professor Christine Currie or Dr Luke Rhodes-Leader for more details.
Posters of applied or research projects in simulation will be displayed during the conference. A poster session is provided where delegates have one minute to briefly introduce their work.
