The continuous evolution of Ambient Systems, Networks, and Enterprise Digital Transformation demands a focused approach to the Digital Human Factor. This workshop addresses the critical dual challenge of designing technology that promotes user wellbeing and autonomy while effectively detecting and mitigating the pervasive risks associated with digital compulsion and addiction. We seek contributions that bridge HCI, network science, and pervasive computing to create healthier, more ethical digital ecosystems.
