About ISDSI Global
International Society for Data Sciences and Innovation Global (ISDSI Global), is an independent Not-for-Profit professional consortium of institutions, corporate, and individuals across disciplines from academia and practice. Theme: Navigating Grand Challenges: Management, Policy and Innovation for Sustainable Growth
In an era marked by climate change, technological disruption, geopolitical uncertainty, and widening socio-economic inequalities, organizations and governments face unprecedented complexity in sustaining long-term growth. Addressing these interconnected grand challenges requires integrated approaches that combine strategic management, evidence-based policymaking, and transformative innovation. Against this backdrop, ISDSI Global Conference 2026 invites scholars and practitioners to explore pathways toward resilient, inclusive, and sustainable development.
We welcome contributions that explore multidisciplinary, methodologically diverse work that connects organizations, markets, and states to the Sustainable Development Goals and the “people–planet–prosperity” agenda. Contributions may draw on experiences from different regions and long-term development roadmaps, such as net‑zero, inclusive and sustainable growth, without being geographically limited. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Subthemes and Topics
Extended abstracts or full papers may be submitted from all areas of management including Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Strategy on the following subthemes and indicative topics within each subtheme. Extended abstract/ full papers are also invited from area/subthemes/topics not listed below but are closely related to the conference theme.
1: People, Planet, Prosperity: Management and Policy for Societal Outcomes - Examines how organizations and public policy jointly advance human well‑being, environmental sustainability and inclusive prosperity, aligned with SDGs and grand-challenges debates.

2: Transforming Economies: Organizations, Technology and Innovation Policy - Focuses on how digital technologies, AI, data and innovation policy transform firms, sectors and economies, and how these transformations can be steered toward sustainable, inclusive outcomes.

- National and regional innovation systems, industrial policy and competitiveness

3 – Evidence, Impact and the Future of Management Research & Education - Investigates how management research and education can be rigorous, relevant and impactful, and how it can inform practice and policy on grand challenges across contexts.

4 – Institutions, Governance and Incentives for Transformation - Explores how institutional arrangements, governance mechanisms and incentive systems enable or constrain sustainable and inclusive transformations in markets and societies.

5 – Resilient Futures: Risk, Adaptation and Innovation - Addresses how firms, supply chains, public institutions and communities anticipate, absorb and adapt to shocks (climate, health, geopolitical, technological) and how innovation supports resilience.
