After ICACER 2016 held in Bangkok (Thailand), ICACER 2017 in Berlin (Germany), ICACER 2018 in Barcelona (Spain), ICACER 2019 in Coimbra (Portugal), ICACER 2020-2022 (Virtual Conference), ICACER 2023 (Barcelona, Spain) successfully, 2024 9th International Conference on Advances on Clean Energy Research (ICACER 2024) will be planned in Lille, France on April 27-29, 2024, supported by Universitetet of Agder, Norway and Galati University 'Dunarea de Jos', Romania, etc.
The objectives of ICACER 2024 are to provide a forum to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, academics and graduate students in the fields of advances on clean energy research, energy economics and energy policy to share up-to-date research results. We are confident that the participants benefited from the theoretical insights, practical knowledge and personal contacts that will help them to build a long-term, profitable and sustainable communication among researchers and practitioners in the related scientific areas. It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of clean energy research.
Submission Guidelines
Paper Submission Process
To submit papers, visit Easychair Submission System and submit a paper for the conference labeled ICACER 2024 (you will need to create a new account, if you do not have one already). Submitted papers must fit into 8 pages, including an abstract (less than 200 words), while additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $80 per additional page if exceed 8 pages (A maximum of 12 pages for one paper is acceptable).
All manuscripts should follow Author Guidelines for manuscripts as listed at http://www.icacer.com/splnproc1703.docm.
Review Process
ICACER uses a double-blind review process. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, and overall quality of the paper.
Publication Process
At least one listed author of the final paper must register for and attend ICACER to present the paper, and published in the conference proceedings. One registration is valid for only one paper.

Publication
After a careful reviewing process, accepted, registered and presented papers will be published in ICACER Conference Proceedings, which submitted for Ei Compendex, Scopus, et al. (It operates double-blind peer reviews process. All contributions will be initially assessed by the reviewer/editor for suitability for the proceeding. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper.)
