I3DA2025: Immersive and 3D Audio: from Architecture to Automotive 2025 Piazza Scaravilli, University of Bologna Bologna, Italy, September 10-12, 2025 |
We cordially invite you to submit your papers and posters for the International Conference on Immersive and 3D Audio (I3DA 2025), on September 10-12, 2025. The Organizing Committee of I3DA is pleased to announce that the I3DA 2025 will be hosted in Piazza Scaravilli, University of Bologna, Italy.
I3DA 2025 will again focus on innovation in 3D immersive audio including architectural acoustics, virtual acoustics, automotive acoustics, subjective evaluations and listening tests, immersive soundscape design and creative uses of immersive technologies. I3DA 2025 would like to involve academic and industrial researchers to share their latest research, methods, and demos related to Immersive and 3D Audio in Audio Engineering. Topics furthermore include virtual/augmented reality and their applications, musical acoustics, signal processing in acoustics, non-linear acoustics in auralisation, machine learning related to acoustics, heritage acoustics, psychoacoustics, 3D audio for gaming, 3D audio in art and sound studies contexts, bioacoustics and the environment. Further topics may be accepted.
I3DA will be indexed on IEEE like the previous year, with Special Issues like last year.
The conference will represent the most recent stages in developing new methodologies and technologies in this field, placing itself as a high-profile international meeting for researchers and other professionals in immersive and 3D audio areas.
Planned timeline:
– December 01, 2024: online abstract submission open
– March 31, 2025: final deadline for abstract submission
– April 7, 2025: notification of abstract acceptance
– June 15, 2025: deadline for complete paper submission
