The 14th International Conference on Humanoid, Nanotechnology, Information Technology, Communication and Control, Environment, and Management (HNICEM) is being organized by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, Philippines Chapter. It is one of the premier international technical conferences of the Asia Pacific Region. The HNICEM has been held since 2003 and provides an important forum for researchers and engineers from industry, and professors and graduate students from the academia to network and to discuss new ideas and development in emerging areas of electrical and electronic engineering, computers science and related topics. The conference will feature plenary and invited talks by eminent scientists and engineers, tutorials, paper presentations, poster sessions and industrial exhibits.
IEEE 14th HNICEM will take place at Boracay Island, Philippines from December 1-4. TIME magazine just named Boracay as one of the World's Greatest Places of 2022!
The theme for this year, “Intelligent Systems for Sustainable Development”, tackles the challenges and unforeseen effects brought by emerging technologies in the society.
Submission Guidelines
Previously published papers or papers under review for other conferences/journals should not be submitted for consideration. Authors may prepare original work of 6-8 pages with a 200-word abstract using the double column IEEE conference-format template: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEEXplore
