FANRes 2022: 7th International Conference on Food, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Faculty of Food Technology and Agroindustry, University of Mataram Mataram, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, November 24-25, 2022

The 7th IC-FANRes is planned to be held in 2022 with the University of Mataram as the host with the theme “Optimizing Local Agriculture and Natural Resources to Achieve Food Security and Halal Food Tourism”. new innovations, especially in maintaining and developing food security. In an increasingly advanced era, technology turns out to have a large enough role and is able to facilitate activities in the food and agro-industry sector. One of the programs that can play an important role for the community and industry is to produce superior food products sourced from local potential to achieve food security in accordance with one of the SDGs goals (Sustainable Development Goals). The 7th IC-FANRes 2022 aims to provide a forum for presentations and discussions on the latest developments in the field of food and natural resource management based on local products to achieve food security.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full papers describing (1) Technology, social economy, food security during and post pandemic; (2) Business, management, regulatory, and halal technology in food, agriculture, and natural resources; (3) Agricultural and natural resources industrialization for food, health, and energy; and (4) Information system and technology in food and agriculture.
