The main objective of the EEWC'2026 workshop is to provide a platform for presenting state-of-the-art research on energy-efficient wireless communication. To identify future research challenges and opportunities toward sustainable and intelligent communication systems. This workshop targets researchers, graduate students, and network engineers working in wireless communications, green networking, AI-driven network optimization, and sustainable technology development.
The rapid evolution of wireless communication systems toward 5G, 6G, and beyond demands innovative strategies to enhance energy efficiency while maintaining high data rates, reliability, and network scalability. This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive platform for researchers, engineers, and academicians to discuss recent advances in energy-efficient design, optimization, and deployment of wireless networks. Topics include green communication architectures, energy-aware resource allocation, AI-driven power control, and sustainable networking for IoT and heterogeneous environments. Emphasis will be placed on novel techniques that minimize energy consumption at the device, protocol, and network levels without compromising performance. Through presentations and discussions, participants will explore cutting-edge solutions and future research directions contributing to sustainable and intelligent wireless communication systems.
