Conference website: http://www.qu.edu.qa/conference/eitc-2023
Qatar University’s College of Education and College of Engineering are proud to announce the Engineering Education and Instructional Technologies Conference taking place at Qatar University from October 28-30, 2023.
Join us as we explore the conference theme "Re-engineering the Future of Education: Resilience through Wellbeing ." This exciting conference will bring together scholars, researchers, educators, and practitioners from all corners of the world to exchange ideas and share their latest research findings and innovations in the fields of engineering education and advanced instructional technologies
As the world becomes more complex and interconnected, there is a growing need to rethink how we educate and train engineers. This requires a shift towards more holistic and interdisciplinary approaches, which aim to create a sustainable, resilient, and equitable world. To achieve these goals, we need to use instructional technologies that have the potential to enhance student engagement, improve accessibility, and improve educational outcomes.
Despite the importance of instructional technology, we must also acknowledge the shortcomings of technological innovations and prioritize the wellbeing and resilience of learners, educators, and communities. At EEITC 23, we will engage in meaningful discussions and exchange ideas that tackle the challenges and opportunities of engineering education in the 21st century.
We are seeking innovative papers that explore new approaches that utilize instructional technologies in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment. We also encourage submissions that examine the social, cultural, and ethical dimensions of engineering education.
Don't miss out on this incredible event, which is held every two years at Qatar University. EEITC 23 is a 3-day immersive experience featuring high-level plenaries, workshops, hands-on demonstrations, and cultural tours. Join us to shape the future of education in Qatar; home of the most successful World Cup ever, and the cradle of positive change!
