Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

1. General Requirements

• Abstracts should be written in English.
• The submission must be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• All abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Authors whose abstracts are selected will be notified via email.

2. Formatting Guidelines ( Optional)

• Word Count: Abstracts must be between 250-300 words.
• Font: Use Times New Roman, size 12pt, and single line spacing.
• Margins: Set margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
• Title: The title should be concise and reflect the abstract content. Use bold, 14pt, and title case.
• Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords at the end of the abstract.

3. Abstract Structure -Ensure your abstract follows the structure below:

• Title: Clearly state the focus of your study.
• Background/Introduction: Provide brief context or the purpose of the research.
• Methods: Outline the methodology used, including any experimental approach or framework.
• Results: Summarize the key findings or expected outcomes.
• Conclusion: Highlight the significance of your research.

4. Submission Process

• All abstracts must be submitted electronically through [submission platform ].
• Submissions must be in PDF or Word format.
• Include the following details in the accompanying email/message:
  • Full name of the author(s)
  • Affiliation and designation
  • Contact information (email and phone number)
  • Preferred presentation format (Oral or Poster)

6. Evaluation CriteriaAbstracts will be reviewed based on the following criteria:

• Relevance to the conference theme or topic
