The Computing Education Practice (CEP) conference CEP 2024 is an in-person event in Durham, England, on Friday, 5th January 2024, from the UK ACM Special Interest Group in Computing Science Education.
CEP is aimed at practitioners and researchers in computing education within Computing departments and elsewhere.
CEP provides an opportunity to discuss with like-minded people the challenges and opportunities that face us and how these are changing.
We welcome submissions that allow readers to:
- understand the reported practice,
- appreciate its strength and significance, and
- contain sufficient detail to permit questioning and reproduction.
Papers should be at most 4 double-column pages, including the bibliography. These will be published in the ACM digital library.
Accepted submissions will be published, provided the presenter registers for and attends the conference.
8th October 2023: abstracts due
15th October 2023: full papers due
8th November 2023: notification to authors
5th January 2024: the conference takes place in person
