The Academic Sub-Forum of 2025 Digital Transformation and Lifelong Learning International Conference (2025DTALL) is scheduled to take place in Shanghai, China, from October 18 to 19. Jointly hosted by Shanghai Open University and the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (UNESCO IITE), and co-organized by the Secretariat of the Global Network for Digital Lifelong Learning, Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Open Distance Education, and Shanghai Smart City Development Institute.
Focusing on two core contents — “Intelligent Learning Ecosystems” and “AI-Enabled Lifelong Learning” — the Forum will explore how to integrate technology with human-centered and social values across learning scenarios for all age groups. The topics are closely aligned with the urgent need to build a learning society, with a strong emphasis on developing inclusive, equitable, and sustainable ecosystems of educational technologies. The Forum aims to provide a platform for international experts, scholars, industry representatives, and members of the Global Network for Digital Lifelong Learning to share the latest research findings and innovative practices in the field.

- Submission Types: Abstracts, research papers, and poster papers
- Content: Submissions should address topics such as theoretical research, technological innovation, model design, educational assessment, and learning system development.Clear arguments, reliable data, concise writing, and well-presented figures and tables.
- Length: The submitted abstract of the paper should be 150-250 words in length, including the title, abstract, and keywords; Poster papers should be at least approximately 2 pages, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices; The full text of the paper should be at least 8 pages with a total page count not exceeding 10, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices.

Papers that pass the review and meet the standards will be included in the proceedings. Among them, outstanding papers with exceptional academic quality may be recommended—subject to revision and compliance with relevant criteria—for inclusion in indexed conference proceedings, relevant books, or academic journals(SSCI,SCI,etc.).
